Duo Rotonde

Nathan Zürcher and Nicolas Caccivio are two musicians from Biel/Bienne, deeply rooted in their region's cultural scene. The Duo Rotonde was founded in 2019 at the Basel Academy of Music, where both musicians graduated with distinction.

They have had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned professors such as Anton Kernjak, Thomas Demenga, Filippo Gamba, and Ophélie Gaillard. The duo performs classical works, contemporary compositions, and original creations. Thanks to their proven interpretive skills, the duo won third prize overall at the Annarosa Taddei International Chamber Music Competition in Rome, where they had the privilege of premiering the original work "Encore" by the Roman composer Mario Totaro.

Since the beginning of their collaboration, Duo Rotonde has performed regularly on the national and international stage, including in France and Italy.
